We would like to let everyone know that despite the current environment we have adapted our investigation services to the needs and changing protocols of workplaces and individuals, whilst keeping in line with the current recommendations of the Department of Health and Human Services in response to COVID-19. Our investigators are taking precautions prior to and during any face to face interviews and accomodating any requests from workers or employers.
We are also equipped to undertake interviews remotely via numerous online methods, or via telephone, whichever is preferred by individuals and employers. Our office remains open with some work being undertaken remotely. Our data sharing, as well as file handling and management, continues to comply with all privacy and security measures.
We are very fortunate to be able to conduct our business remotely, continuing our high service delivery without any impact on our clients. Thank you for your ongoing support and stay healthy.
