James’ extensive and well rounded qualifications include a Masters degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice, Diploma in Government Fraud, Security and Risk Management, Training and Assessment, and Investigative services. James is supported by experienced staff who share the same motivation and aspirations to maintain our high standard of service.

Wendy is results driven ensuring client satisfaction, which includes a focus on high quality report writing and editing with meticulous attention to detail. Wendy has specialised knowledge in workplace investigations, sporting organisations, and board/committees disputes.
Senior Case Manager Megan Shaw, has extensive experience in the service industry and a background in Government policy and administration. Megan is committed to providing operational excellence and is specialised in case management, office management and surveillance activity investigations. Megan is highly organised with excellent people management skills.
